• App Usage Data: Features used, session duration, app performance metrics

When you use voice input in AI Chat:

• Voice recordings are processed locally on your device using iOS Speech Recognition
• Voice data is converted to text on-device and never stored or transmitted
• Only the converted text is sent to our AI service for response generation

4.2 Apple Vision Framework & VisionKit

• Purpose: Powers the pro Document Scanner for text recognition (OCR) and PDF creation
• Data Processing: All document scanning, picture to text conversion, and PDF creation occur 100% locally on your device
• Privacy: Your scanned documents, photos, and PDF files never leave your device for scanning features

4.3 iOS Speech Recognition

• Purpose: Powers voice input in AI Chat
• Data Processing: Voice-to-text conversion occurs locally on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework
• Privacy: Voice recordings are processed on-device and never stored or transmitted

6. Local Processing & Pro Scanner Features

The following features process data entirely on your device with no external servers:

• AI Text Detector: Pattern analysis and GPTZero detection performed 100% locally on your device
• Document Scanner Pro: Uses Apple's VisionKit and Vision framework for OCR, picture to text conversion, and PDF creation - all processing is local
• Voice Input: Uses iOS Speech Recognition to convert voice to text locally on your device
• Word Counter: Calculates words, characters, and reading time locally on your device
• Local Storage: Chat history, detection history, scanned documents, PDF files, and generated images are stored only on your device

Data processed locally never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or third parties.

7. Data Storage and Security

• No Permanent Storage: We do not store your AI detection results, scanned documents, OCR text, PDF files, generated images, or AI conversations on our servers
• Real-Time Processing: AI features (chat, image generation, translation, summarization, paraphrasing) process requests in real-time and do not retain your data after processing
• Local Storage Only: All scanned documents, PDF files, images, photos, doc files, txt files, and detection results are saved only to your device when you choose to save them
• Free Scanning: All document scanning, OCR, and PDF creation are completely free with no watermarks
• Detection History: Stored locally on your device and can be deleted anytime from Settings
• Security Measures: We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect data in transit to Cloudflare AI services

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

• Cloudflare Workers AI: To provide AI-powered features (Chat, Image Generator, Translator, Summarizer, Paraphraser). AI Detection and Document Scanner are 100% local and do NOT share data.
• Legal Obligations: When required by law or to protect our rights

Note: We do NOT use Google AdMob or any advertising services. Your data is not shared with advertisers.

9. Children's Privacy

Zerogpt AI Detector Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Zerogptai.team@gmail.com, and we will delete such information.

10. Your Privacy Rights

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own when using Cloudflare Workers AI services. Cloudflare operates globally, and we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Note: AI Detection and Document Scanner features process all data locally on your device and do not involve international data transfers.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:
